Andrew’s philosophy when working with groups or 121 is to expose others’ behaviours and surface for them the effect and implications of their behaviours on other people. And then, if change is desired, to offer tools/models and feedback to achieve the required outcome.

Andrew has a background in Financial Services both in the UK and Africa in HR and operational management and he has led teams of all shapes and sizes. As a consultant Andrew works in the fields of HR, management development and coaching across a wide range of sectors.
