Aim: Adding value to the team and the business

1) What’s it all about?

Giving feedback is one of the most important things that managers do yet one of the things they dread. But it needn’t be scary. This 1 day workshop provides the tools needed, even down to some key phrases to use in ‘mist moments’. This workshop is based either on bespoke scenarios or on participants’ real life ones.

2) Why iOpener?

Feedback workshops are one of our best sellers and we regard it as an area of core expertise. They are great workshops to run because there is a process, it’s easily applied and the techniques do work – and fast. Feedback is one of the core elements that underlie happiness at work.

3) How?

Each participant has 2 feedback sessions and the opportunity to give feedback on the feedback they receive. We’ll do 1:1, pairs and trios work using real situations based on participants' experiences.

4) Participants

6 is an ideal number for a 1 day feedback workshop as work in trios is one of the most effective methods of feedback practice.
