Today’s professionals and leaders have to deliver in a highly volatile world. Speed and ambiguity make it difficult for them to reflect on how they can best make an impact. Having worked in similar environments, Franklin finds that he can easily 'click' with these leaders and help them to see meaning in the madness.

His major strengths are in coaching individual leaders or their teams on Emotional Intelligence, building a shared vision, or creating breakthrough performance. Over the past 16 years he has done this with leaders at various multi-nationals; in the financial sector, oil industry, in network technology and in business consultancy.

Franklin originally graduated from Tilburg University in the Netherlands with a degree in Organisational Development. This was completed along side various business courses, and most recently he gained an executive masters in Coaching and Consulting from INSEAD Business School. He often makes use of 360-degree feedback tools, MBTI and FIR0-B in his work.

Franklin is a Dutch native, and prefers to work in the international arena. His previous assignments have been with clients across Europe, Brazil, Russia, the US, India and Hong Kong.
