Mark helps clients find direction and momentum for their existing talents to reach performance goals. He facilitates a range of group learning programmes and coaches individuals from senior level executives to soldiers and young sportsmen. He is passionate about drawing out his clients’ strengths and helping them balance their personal aims with those of their teams and organisations.

With his background as a soldier, City solicitor and HR consultant, Mark has over 20 year's experience of working with organisations in the professional services, finance, education, defence, police, local government and leisure sectors. Recently these have included teams and individuals from around the international business community for leading names such as Clifford Chance, Lovells, Nabarro, Taylor Wessing, Lewis Silkin, MBA and Senior Executive students from London Business School and Saïd Business School, Deutsche Bank, Tetra Pak, British Army, and the MOD.

Mark has an MBA in professional service firm management, is a qualified coach with Meyler Campbell and the English RFU and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. He is qualified to use a range of occupational psychometric instruments including Myers Briggs (MBTI) and 16PF to support his client work.
