iOpener carries out major international contracts in 2007

- Designing and delivering a strategy and team session for a global team of 120 executives from packaging giant Tetra Pak in Gubbio which included:

- Communications strategy and implementation
- Coaching for the project team
- Forging a new relationship with Cass Business School’s Executive Education Programme
- Team-coaching executives to build presence
- Developing action plans and follow up
- Building content for a leadership development programme for Yorkshire Water to include:
- Leveraging executive presence
- Motivating and inspiring others
- Working with an international charity to implement a change process including:
- Running our iPPQ multi-site survey, working with focus groups and developing a new strategy
- Coaching the CEO
