iOpener carries out major international contracts in 2007 :

  • Designing and delivering a strategy and team session for a global team of 120 executives from packaging giant Tetra Pak in Gubbio which included:

    • Content development with the management team
    • Designing and developing a kart building team exercise, Moroccan-style picnic and painting
    • Cascade for 5 other teams within the organisation

  • Designing and delivering ‘Riding the Waves’ conference for an extended and global management team based in Italy:

    • Strategy and content development
    • Communications strategy and implementation
    • Coaching for the project team

  • Forging a new relationship with Cass Business School’s Executive Education Programme

    • Team-coaching executives to build presence
    • Developing action plans and follow up

  • Building content for a leadership development programme for Yorkshire Water to include:

    • Leveraging executive presence
    • Motivating and inspiring others

  • Working with an international charity to implement a change process including:

    • Running our iPPQ multi-site survey, working with focus groups and developing a new strategy
    • Coaching the CEO
    • Developing and implementing a change process
