All of our coaches and facilitators are carefully selected for their skills, commitment and experience. They have all worked in multinational organisations and in a wide variety of roles. All of our team work internationally and many of the team speak and work in other languages. These include French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Russian, Arabic and Italian.
Our credibility and reputation rests with the teams‘ very strong experience and expertise. While everyone adds their own personal flavour consistency is very important to us. That is why we spend time observing the team, running development sessions and a monthly coaching circle.
