Management consultancy iOpener has been engaged by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. Over a period of 2 months facilitated sessions will take place at BAFTA's headquarters in London. The aim is to develop customer service skills in conjunction with the HR team.

Philippa Chapman of iOpener said, "This will be really interesting and fun work to do. Everyone's heard of BAFTA: they're known for the glitz and glamour, so it will be fascinating to see what happens behind the scenes. I'm looking forward to it."
