Top coaches join us

Transformational change consultancy iOpener is now working with 2 top executive coaches - Claire Andrews and Julia Lindsay. Claire’s background is in publishing. She says, "I’ve been leading teams and coaching people informally all my life. I realise it is where my passion lies and I’m delighted to be working with iOpener."

Julia Lindsay has worked in finance all her life. She has become a full time coach because she loves helping others achieve their potential. "Too often people don’t do what they really could. I fundamentally believe in tapping into the innate strengths we all possess and making the most of them. Because this is what makes us happy at work."

Julia and Claire are going to develop this side of the business along with CEO Jessica Pryce-Jones. Jess says "this is a great development. We are getting many requests for coaching: Claire and Julia will be strong additions to the team."
