Sarah’s international background in political science and mediation have driven her work in the public sector where she has worked with a range of groups and institutions from community charities to national agencies. She uses her dispute resolution skills to drive organisational change as well as coaching change leaders. She shapes her approach to organisation change and development through the lens of conflict management and effective communication.

Sarah believes that effective facilitation of larger groups can foster creativity and innovation which are fundamental to success. She also enjoys coaching individuals who have decisions to make as a result of the change environment. She knows that coaching provides the reflective space necessary for individuals to reach their full potential through recognising and building on their strengths.

Sarah’s professional training includes an MA in International Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame in the US and an LLM in International Criminal Law from the University of Sussex. A qualified coach, she is currently studying the psychology of Organisational Development and Change.
