Steve spent thirty years working in the financial services industry all over the world. During this time he spent twenty years in the board room and ten years as CEO and Chairman in international companies. As a consequence he brings first-hand business experience to his coaching style, as well as a diverse approach in working with people of differing cultural backgrounds and value systems.
Steve is now a senior business coach and mentor, as well as serving as a non-executive director on several boards. His clients include senior management at Alliance Boots, Sainsbury, TNS-Global, BT, Oracle, RBS, International Paper, LexisNexis, WSP, The Hartford, Royal Sun Alliance, Timex and Inchcape.
He specialises in helping teams develop and implement change strategy, as well as supporting new directors on-board to fit into their roles, improving impact, leadership skills and helping people adjust to changing corporate cultures.
