Susie has more than 10 years’ experience in the corporate world and has enjoyed both its challenges and excitement. Her passion now is helping others to raise their self-awareness to find purpose and happiness both at work and in their personal life.

Through coaching she transformed her own life and this has given her an unwavering belief in the coaching process. She has a natural ability to engage with clients and a positive and energizing style.

Susie’s background is as a solicitor, working in London, Paris and Hong Kong. Her experience of working within large commercial organisations such as Barclays and Linklaters gave her an insight into the importance for businesses to pay attention to the strategies they adopt to make the most of their employees.

She re-trained as a coach and facilitator and works with lawyers, management consultants and other professionals and also has clients in the public sector.
